The mailing process can get complicated when you send large quantities of mail. Sometimes it can be difficult to get the best postal discount. You have to prepare your mailing list correctly, set up the artwork for the mailing panel on the envelope within regulation and follow all the US postal rules. Have you ever read the postal rules?
