How to Package Within InDesign
In your InDesign file, select “Package” from the File menu.
Within the “Package” Window, you will see the summary of your file. It will list all the collected information about your file. Make sure all fonts, links and images are linked correctly and show no errors. If you see any yellow exclamation sign next to a section, this indicates that there are some problems. Click on the listing on the left on the section that indicates.
Special note about fonts: Make sure status on all fonts is “ok”
